Mattia Barbieri takes part in Le Fogge delle Rocce, the group exhibition presented by Dolomiti Contemporanee at the Nuovo Spazio di Casso al Vajont. The exhibition belongs to the organisation's 2024 season, which takes geology as a way of reading the surrounding mountains and treats the landscape as something that changes over time. More than fifty artists are involved; the geologist Emiliano Oddone of Dolomiti Project is scientific collaborator and author of the essay "Le Fogge delle Rocce – La Geologia e l'Arte". The opening took place on Saturday 27 July 2024 at 5 pm, followed by the performance "Applicazioni ortofoniche per calcari" by Fukte+Nodolby with zot lukta. The exhibition, part of the Dolomiti Days 2024 programme promoted by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, ran until 31 December 2024.
