Luigi Presicce in residence at Kora – Centro del Contemporaneo for Ogni casa è un villaggio

Luigi Presicce is the first artist of the third year of Ogni casa è un villaggio, the residency programme of Kora – Centro del Contemporaneo. The announcement, signed by Paolo Mele, gives the dates of 1–14 September. In an article published by ATP Diary on 27 September 2025, Paolo Mele and Claudio Zecchi write that Presicce is in residence from September to December 2025 and is working on the largest painting he has ever made. The work takes its starting point from La Rivière, a film by Michel Houellebecq of 2001, is related by the authors to Domenico Morelli's Le tentazioni di Sant'Antonio, and is inspired by Ezechiele Leandro, the Salento artist who died in 1981, whose largely forgotten figure it celebrates.
