Luigi Presicce is among the contemporary art professionals who selected the artists of the sixth edition of the Premio Osvaldo Licini by Fainplast, the prize established in 2021 to support research in contemporary painting and organised by the Associazione Arte Contemporanea Picena with Fainplast as main sponsor. A network of curators, critics, museum directors, collectors and artists from across Italy was asked to put forward two names each, independently and anonymously; the artists with the most recommendations were chosen. The six artists announced for 2026 are Thomas Braida, Cecilia De Nisco, Pesce Khete, Alessandro Roma, Caterina Silva and Michele Tocca. The winner, to be announced in the autumn, will be given a solo exhibition at the Galleria d'Arte Contemporanea Osvaldo Licini in Ascoli Piceno.
