The Brooklyn Rail publishes \"Lucio Pozzi with David Ebony\
The March 2025 issue of The Brooklyn Rail carried "Lucio Pozzi with David Ebony", a conversation published in the magazine's In Conversation series on the occasion of qui dentro / in here, the survey of the artist's abstract works at Magazzino Italian Art in Cold Spring (7 March – 23 June 2025), which marked his ninetieth birthday. Speaking with Ebony, the curator of the exhibition, Pozzi goes back over his upbringing in Italy and his introduction to modern art as a teenager, his move to New York and his teaching at Cooper Union, his relations with Fluxus, Arte Povera and the art scene of the 1960s and 1970s, his exhibitions at John Weber Gallery and performances such as Paperswim, his part in the launch of the journal October, and the Inventory Game. The interview is accompanied by a pencil portrait of the artist by Phong H. Bui.
