On 14 February 2026 ARTnews Italia published "Lucio Pozzi. Pittura, processi e libertà", a feature by Giovanna Fazzuoli that starts from the artist's solo exhibition at Magazzino Italian Art. The article retraces his path: born in Milan in 1935, Pozzi spent some years in Rome before moving to the United States in 1962 as a guest of the Harvard International Summer Seminar, and today he divides his time between two studios, in Hudson and in Valeggio sul Mincio. Among the episodes recalled are the exhibition at Galleria dell'Ariete in Milan in 1971, Rooms at P.S.1 in 1976, Documenta 6 in 1977, his presentation in the Projects: Video series at The Museum of Modern Art in 1978 and the United States Pavilion at the 1980 Venice Biennale. The piece also mentions his teaching and a recent autobiography on his Roman years.
