Jáchym Fleig in KLEINKLEIN at Märkisches Museum Witten

Jáchym Fleig took part in KLEINKLEIN, the 36th Übersichtsausstellung of the Westdeutscher Künstlerbund, with the sculpture Shaft (2024), a work in cast concrete and galvanised steel measuring 50 x 50 x 50 cm. The exhibition was held in two venues, Märkisches Museum Witten and Stadtmuseum Hattingen; Fleig's work is listed in the catalogue of the Witten section, which ran from 5 July to 5 October 2025. According to the Künstlerbund, 232 artists showed more than 500 works across the two museums. There was no thematic brief, only a limit of size: no work could exceed 50 x 50 x 50 cm. The Witten exhibition opened on Friday 4 July 2025. The catalogues of both venues are available online as PDF files.
