Jáchym Fleig curates Marcus Jansen: Kassiber at Galerie Junge Kunst, Trier

Jáchym Fleig curated Kassiber, an exhibition by the sculptor Marcus Jansen at Galerie Junge Kunst, the space of Kunstverein Trier Junge Kunst in Trier, Germany. Jansen lives and works in Leipzig; the Kunstverein describes his works as combining geometric constructions, allusions to everyday objects and organic forms. The title borrows a term from thieves' slang for a secret message passed to the outside world: accordingly, small objects and sculptures were placed not only in the gallery but also in the neighbourhood around Karl-Marx-Straße. The exhibition ran from 14 March to 26 April 2026. At the opening on Friday 13 March 2026 the welcome and introduction were given by Jáchym Fleig and Marcus Jansen.
