Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies www.rizzutogallery.com uses. It is provided under Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), § 25 of the German TDDDG and the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on cookies of 10 June 2021.

1. In short

  • The website works with technical tools only, which need no consent.
  • Google Analytics 4 statistics cookies are used only if you accept them. Before your choice, the website makes no request at all to Google.
  • We use no advertising, profiling or social media cookies.

2. Technical storage (no consent needed)

  • rg-consent (local storage of your browser, not a cookie): remembers your choice about statistics cookies so that the banner does not appear on every page. Kept for 6 months, then you are asked again.

3. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)

If you click «Accept» (or switch on «Statistics» in «Preferences»), the website loads Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, with Consent Mode v2, advertising features and Google signals switched off. It sets:

  • _ga: distinguishes visitors, 2 years;
  • _ga_<ID>: keeps the state of the session, 2 years.

Purpose: aggregated statistics on how the website is used. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States (see our Privacy Policy). Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Your choice

The banner offers three options of equal weight: Accept, Reject and Preferences. Closing the banner without choosing does not activate any statistics cookie. You can change your choice at any time with the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page: if you withdraw consent, statistics stop and the _ga cookies of this website are deleted. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.

5. Links to other websites

Links to social networks and other websites are simple links: those websites set their own cookies only if you open them, under their own policies.
